• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement Develop and maintain strong client relationships within industrial, commercial, engineering, and driving sectors
• Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and assess their qualifications to ensure a perfect fit for our clients’ needs Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, offering tailored recruitment solutions
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and employment law to offer informed advice to clients Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team success

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, ideally within industrial or technical sectors
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
